Consulting · Agentic Marketing

Marketing Cloud, done by agents.

We design, deploy and govern the AI agents that plan campaigns, build audiences and orchestrate journeys inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next. Your team keeps the strategy. The agents do the busywork.

01The premise

Not copilots. Operators.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next unifies your data, your campaigns and your channels on Data Cloud. Agentic marketing is the layer above. AI agents that watch signals, propose actions and, with the right guardrails, execute them.

Not chatbots. Not copilots. Autonomous marketing operators, with the humans on the interesting decisions and the machines on the queue.

02What we build

Six agents. One control plane.

01

Audience agents

Segment the right people in real time, from the Data Cloud signals your team already trusts. No SQL, no waiting for a query team.

02

Content agents

Generate on brand copy, images and template variants, ready for approval. Every asset traceable to the prompt that made it.

03

Journey agents

Design and adjust journeys as they run. Retire the ones that stopped earning their place. Promote the ones that outperform.

04

Reporting agents

Yesterday's numbers, in a sentence. Anomalies flagged before they turn into questions in tomorrow's stand up.

05

Governance layer

Every decision logged. Every action reversible. Every prompt traceable to a policy your compliance team can read.

06

Human handoff

The interesting decisions still land on a person. The rest never should have. Your team keeps the judgement, the agents take the queue.

03How we build them

Four principles. No exceptions.

01

Model portable

Every agent is written against an interface, not a vendor. Swap the model without rewriting the workflow.

02

Evaluation first

No agent ships without an evaluation set your team owns. Regressions caught before customers see them.

03

Data Cloud native

Grounded in the customer data model you already govern. No shadow copies, no forgotten sync jobs.

04

Reversible by design

Every action an agent takes can be undone. Every prompt has a policy. Every log has a person to escalate to.

04How we engage

Three tiers. One standard.

Start with a proof. Move to a programme when it earns the room. Keep architects on call once you own the pattern.

Sprint

Proof in six weeks

Fixed fee

One agent, one journey, one measurable outcome. We ship the pattern end to end so your team can decide whether to scale it.

Program

The agentic layer

One quarter to a year

A full agentic layer over your Marketing Cloud stack. Audience, content, journey and reporting agents, wired to Data Cloud, governed and documented.

Advisory

Architects on call

Monthly retainer

Two architects on call for the questions that come after go live. Reviews, escalations, roadmap. No pyramid, no ticket queue.

05Why us

We are Marketing Cloud architects who started shipping agents before it was called agentic. Same rigour. New surface.

The founders

06Frequent questions

Is this Einstein?

In part. Einstein is one of the models we use. The bigger job is picking the right model for the task, wiring it to Data Cloud safely and keeping the humans in the loop where they belong.

Do we need Marketing Cloud Next?

We are purpose built for it, but the pattern works on any modern Marketing Cloud estate. If you are still on Enterprise 2.0, we will tell you honestly whether now is the moment to move.

Who trains the agents?

We do, on your data, under your policies. Nothing leaves your tenant unless you explicitly authorise it. Model choice, prompt registry and evaluation set all live in your workspace.

What happens when an agent gets it wrong?

Every action is reversible and logged. Corrections feed the evaluation set. The system learns from every override without you having to run a fine tuning pipeline.

Do you take over our team?

No. Our aim is the opposite. We leave your team fluent, documented and independent. Advisory is available if you want us to stay close after go live.
