The third parties we rely on to deliver our products. Adding or replacing a sub-processor is a material change: we notify customers at least 30 days in advance, and the update is reflected on this page.

Notifications
To receive advance notice of sub-processor changes, subscribe by writing to privacy@nextelio.io with the subject line “Sub-processor notifications”. Enterprise customers with a signed DPA receive notifications automatically.
Objections
If you object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds, we will discuss alternatives with you before enabling the new provider. If no alternative is workable, you may terminate the affected part of the service for a pro rata refund of prepaid fees.
